CHANGE MANAGEMENT

Welcome to APEX Leadership Academy’s Change Management workshop. As you know, change is constant, including technologies, processes, people, and different methods. As a result, each of category can and often will affect the way we perform daily tasks as well as how we live our lives. So many people view their value to the organization as being a good marketer, programmer, or IT specialist. When asked to take on a different role, they become uncomfortable. Change management focuses on ways to help employees embrace, adopt, and event anticipate changes in their responsibilities. This workshop is designed to give participants an understanding of how change is implemented along with tools for managing employees’ reactions to change.
