Hello! As you know, those in management are responsible for protecting the safety of their employees. At the same time, workplace safety is the responsibility of everyone in the organization. Companies have legal obligations to meet specific safety requirements, however, given today’s litigious nature, many go beyond meeting minimum conditions. Therefore, all safety procedures must be put in place, enforced and followed by every employee, in order for them to be effective.
